REGISTRATION IS A TWO-STEP PROCESS
Note: All incoming Kindergarten students MUST be 5 on or before August 1, 2024
Step 1. Complete the Online Registration (OLR) through this link:
Parents of current CCSD students submit the OLR through the Parent Portal.
Step 2. Attach pictures of the required documents through this link:
Documents Required for Registration
(pictures of the original documents are being accepted online)
- Student's Birth Certificate
- Student's Immunization Record (shots must be up-to-date and will be reviewed by a nurse before enrollment)
- Parent's Valid Identification
- Parent's Proof of Address: (a current utility bill (gas, power, or water only; or an official lease agreement with Lessee & Lessor signatures)

ABSENT NOTES
Absences will not be excused over the phone; please submit a signed note to Ms. Salais or CLICK HERE to complete the Google form.

Zone variances are no longer implemented on school campuses. If you do not live in the Goldfarb zone you must enroll at your zoned school. Contact the Cahnge of School Assignment Office for further information.
